The client, Car Insanity Inc., hired our studio to establish a responsive website, revise the service contents and the user flows. I focused on user research, desktop version web design, and interactive prototype.
The client is also looking to expand his business. To establish a representable online platform, he would like to draw more potential customers and employees.
Based on different users' need, I created the following workflows. The target users are mostly car enthusiasts, the average working class who owns a car, and some potential business partners and job seekers.
I defined the problems of the previous website, including misleading information, unclear statement of services and goals, etc. The overall redesign aims to incorporate the ease of use with clean and functional design.
